A floating thrombus, without evidence of ascending aortic pathology has rarely been reported Method We report a case of an unusual aortic route thromboembolism leading ST segment elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI). The patient was referred to the Hub Hospital to undergo urgent coronarography.
